I have been working on communicating about personal information, such as the names of my maunga, awa, iwi, hapu, marae, waka, parents and my name.

I am learning to write my own sentences. I am learning to use letter and blend sounds to spell my words.

I am learning to write my ideas with help from my teacher.

I am learning to measure to find out which object is higher.

I am building a tall tower.

How tall is my tower?  I am measuring to find out.
